The room was ready early, helpful.
I stayed for Valentine's weekend and the restaurant was fully booked for the Valentine's meal. We received many emails asking us to book it. Our meal took four hours because there were only three staff serving about 30 people. Two of the staff were on their first day, so our service suffered.

The room was super clean. it had a spacious open wardrobe and good mirrors. the gym had plenty of equipment for different styles of training. This worked well.
i had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before anyone arrived to check me in. i received a room facing the car park though the view was not great, the bed was rock hard.

Wonderful Wedding Venue Experience

I attended my daughter's wedding here on the 2nd and it was AMAZING!!! We were upgraded to a suite. The room was huge with lovely furnishings, a comfortable bed, a separate bath, and a very large shower. The hotel facilities included a nice restaurant and clean outdoor areas. The food was very good. We had dinner and freshly cooked breakfast.
The hotel operates as cashless, which I personally found inconvenient. Some outside areas would greatly benefit from landscaping to soften the grey tones. The bar closed at 11 PM, which seemed too early.

The staff were friendly and efficient, promptly refilling glasses during the wedding reception. The event manager, Maddie, was great. She handled the event with professionalism. The hotel staff made sure to accommodate all my requests, which I appreciated.

The restaurant provided excellent dinner and breakfast options. Both meals were freshly prepared. Locally sourced produce elevated the cooked breakfast experience. The buffet was superb, with diverse choices that catered well to different preferences.
